Hi Pero, My name is Julia Peraic and I live in Manchester, UK. I have grown up in the UK, my mother in English and my father is Croatian (from Polaca near Zadar). We visit Croatia every year and generally stay in Biograd, where my grandfather has built a house.
My sister has visited Hvar in both 2013/14 and loved it there, she brought back some wonderful souvenirs. My husband and I haven’t been to Hvar yet but plan to do so in the next year or two. In the UK I am look to start selling Croatian produce at gourmet food markets.
There is a growing interest in travel to Croatia in the UK which means that people are interested in purchasing specialty products from the country.
I am looking to import a number of Croatian food products and am particularly interested in the Hvar lavender, rosemary and sage honey you mention on your website.
